Tires

When I ordered my truck the top tire option (255/70/16 OWL) and most expensive was required to get the Aluminum rims cheap..$92.00.But after 2.5 years the tread is cracked between the blocks in the tires and they don't seem to be wearing all that great.For the most expensive tire option I would expect a better grade tire, not the cheapest, in price, tire of its size.I drive on mostly pavement no loads and short trips. Any comments for a good street going tire for spring.Or 3.5 months now.

How about all the 4x4 guys who had to pay $365 for the Firestone Wilderness tires???   LOL  (I was one of them...)

 

As far as new tires, BF Goodrich makes alot of diffferent styles that would fit your truck and they should all be decent tires.
