Firgured I'ld stop in and say hi  I've been lurking around every now and then.

I just ordered a 2005 Mustang GT :P Bad, part the car wont arrive until the end of november or early december. Just when I cant drive it  Oh, well. I'll make due. But, I trying to sell my car outright. If worse comes to worse, I'll trade it in.

But, if/when my BMW sells, I'll be driving a truck agian  Bad part its a 1990 Ford F250 extended cab, long bed with a gutless 460 and bad transmission.

But, with my new job I can afford 2 vehicles. So, after winter Im going to find me a 99-00 Silverado 1/2ton ext. cab to drive when needed, haul parts and my 'Cuda with.

I've been out of the loop for some time now. How's it going Madfish? Last time I heard from you, you were headed off to Wyotech. How did that go?

What kind of condition is the 'Cuda in now?

Jeff, I've been back for about 2 years now. I graduated from wyotech in december of 2002. It went pretty well. I didnt find a job until July of this year. Im at george's Imports LTD on State line working on Saabs.

The Cuda hasnt changed much. I'll be bringing it back to my house here in a few weeks to get back to work on it.

Let me know how that 2005 GT goes!!!!

I love the new stylings(the best EVER, IMHO), and MAY be in the market for a new/slightly used [sECOND]car in the middle of next year. second car, because, in my right mind I could not possibly sell my E30!!!! But currently, I'm ready to go after any E30 M3 that pops up for sale locally.

I'll sell you my 323Ci, if you're looking for a second BMW. I need to sell it. I cant afford the Mustang and the BMW at the same time.

well, I don't necessarily WANT another Bimmer, it's that I would like a second car that differ's from my bimmer. the E30 M3 is a true collector's car, one of the most unique road cars ever built, rare, and supposedly extremely fun to drive(not in teh city traffic though!) It's a orad worthly Race Car.

Your 323Ci is basically the 2000(more refined) version of my car, so it wouldn't make a whole lot of sense for me to buy it:

Our car's are very similar in handling capabilities, 0-60, 1/4 mile, both have 2.5L engines, both have Getrag 5 speeds. Personally, from what BMW has done over the years, I prefer the E30. Has more of an edge, and feels beter on the road, IMHO(probably because, stock, your car weighs around 400 pounds more). my car has 167 HP, yours 170 HP. (although mine is more high strung, by 1996 BMW figured out that for the USA their cars needed some low end capabilities. That why you see the lowered 0-60 times for nearly the same power: more power is available sooner)

Although, I won't put it out of mind, PM me your price,(mind you I'm not looking, just couirous), as there IS a supercharger kit out for it now. Who knows, I might run across someone who says (I want an E46) within the next few weeks. And I'll PM you some places to put your car for sale to get more responses.

Im asking $18,000 for it. its got just over 50k miles. tires are 6 months old. brakes I put on about 3 weeks ago. I havent really done much to the car, other then the Gen 5 DDE's.
