suspension/steering trouble

i just noticed a couple days ago. i hear and feel in the steering like something is loose. i hear this click and the steering wheel feels funny, like its not all the way with the tires...do i make sense? i'm still under warranty, i'll probably go in next week,  any advice?

Felt a "slip" in my steering earlier this year, like I hit a patch of ice in a turn.  No noise though, but turned out to be the idler arm.  If you're still under warranty, just get it in and let them worry about it.  Be careful-

steering shaft needs to be replaced is my guess

not a big deal 30 min job had mine done steering felt loose and going over bumps there was a clunk coming from the steering wheel
