Capitol Tires

I recently bought a used Chevy pickup with Capitol brand tires. The dealer put them on, so they are brand new. I've never heard of this particular brand. Are they cheap, low quality tires? Should I stick them on my Dodge work truck whenever it's tires wear out (soon) and then put some other tires on my Chevy?

i had them on old chevy that i got off my buddy. dont know where they came from but lasted about 46000 miles with no problems. they were AT's and all i do know is that they were a 10 ply tire so maybe would matter if ur hauling but that would be about it.
