Door Popping When Closing

On my '97, both doors pop when closing. If I pick up on the handle when closing, it doesn't pop. Am I correct in thinking I need to replace the hinge pins? If so, do you just support the door and hammer out the old pins and drive in the new ones? Is there anything else I should replace while doing this; roller bushing, etc.? Any info appreciated. Thanks.

Bushings also. They are the part with the most wear.
