Headlight Help - Projectors

The TYC projector headlights I'm looking at use H1 bulbs for the low beams. I got burned on the other projector headlights that use the H3 bulbs for the low beam and want to know if this is enough difference to make them brighter. Below I posted all I could find based on Sylvania's website for 9005, 9006, H1 and H3 bulbs. I've had great experience with TYC in the past and I'm ready to buy these, I just need some feedback first before I pull the trigger.

I went to Sylvania's website and here's what I found:

H1 Silverstar:

High Performance Halogen Headlight - Single filament for use as either high beam or low beam

Lumens: 1410 +/- 210 lm

Watts: 65

H3 Silverstar:

High Performance Halogen Fog light

Lumens: 1310 +/- 195 lm

Watts: 65

9005 Silverstar:

High Performance Halogen Headlight - Single filament for high beam

Lumens: 1700 +/- 15%

Watts: 65

9006 Silverstar:

High Performance Halogen Headlight - Single filament for low beam

Lumens: 1000 +/- 15%

Watts: 55

I would think that 400 lumins would make a noticible differance. on that same note, i know most people who have tried aftermarket projector headlights, have said the sucked.

but those do look pretty cool :D
