I would like to input an external video signal from a back-up camera into my 05 Denali Touch Sreen Navigation System. Does anyone know how to do this and what extra equipment is needed?

PAC makes a video input interface for doing just that. The interface adapter is about $350. It is a simple install that requires replacing the factory ribbon cable that goes to the screen in your nav HU and a added switch to select between the input video or the HU's display. From there you can connect your camera to the RCA input cables on the adapter.

Would it be possible to connect the rear DVD player to this input through a switch as well?

I did just that..

Check my photos out: Using Pac module on the TNR, and ran the vdieo from TVIX, and RSE DVD to front screen.

I left the switch in the ashtray. Also, the PAC module is sitting just below the A/C control, inside the dash. The input wiring is running from the TVIX up the floor boards on the passenger side, behind the glove compartment, and to the screen. The RSE DVD is running from the ceiling alongside the B-pillar, floorboard, glove compartment, to the Screen. Small switch in ashtray too. I use RSE input on the HU, but will get an Aux input soon.
