O2 sensor expert needed

Howdy,

I just picked up 2 ACDelco O2 sensors for my 01 K2500 Burban. I used the part# from GMParts Direct and got 2 ACDelco's on eBay. When I compared electrical end plugs from the new ones to the old ones, they are different. Both are 4-wire but the ACDelco's are flat and the OEM's are triangle.

Can I safely try to swap the plug ends?

Or should I just sell them on eBay and get the correct ones?

Many thanks!

The pre-cat O2 sensors on my truck have a flat connector. Maybe you have the post-cat sensors which may be triangular... I don't know because I haven't replaced them yet.

Yep, these are pre-cat sensors, just the wrong plugs.

The more I dig into the part numbers, the more I can see that these are for 1999-00 2500 Rado's and 2500 Burban's, with the 6.0L. My mistake when researching part numbers.

Later,

Ed
