thanks to suggestions from this site (and others) I've got new 285/75/16's.....truck looks real good (my opinion) with the wheel wells full....I did have to do some trimming but no big deal.

What kind of wheels are those? They look sweet!

(I just scrub my tires, and I skip the armour all. Clean is clean... but whatever floats your boat, or your Malibu...)

Light Pewter Metallic has got to be the nicest color GM's made. Great ride, man!

thanks for the nice replys (I didn't get on the net yesterday)....well the color is pewter metallic the wheels are American Eagle Wheel model 187 in 16x8 (made in the US)...as far as triming goes it's where the bottom of the air dam comes down (I had to trim quite a bit) but you can't tell unless you get underneth the truck (I have cranked my t-bars and may need to do more) the tires are Fire Stone Destination M/T's in 285/75/16 they seem run on the large side for a 33in tire.....I say that because my friend has a generic M/T on his truck and doesn't rub at all (and I do)....just as an aside according to the tire rack and there survey by owners they are rated as the best overall mud tire (I'm leaving boggers and swampers out)
