This is the third time I have gone over 100,000 miles on a GM truck. Funny thing is that all of them have reached this mark within a couple hundred yards of each other.

Likewise, we have several old grandpaws used on the farm with over 100,000 miles on them. All GMC or Chevy. They are heavily used work trucks. No motor problems and nothing unusual was done to them beyond factory-recommended maintenance. One exception is that sythetic oil was used on them and the motor oil was changed at about 7,000 - 10,000 mile intervals.

Im working my way up to another milestone myself. But now that I moved my round trip commute is now 2 miles instead of 30, so it might take a while.
