Won't start when cold Fuel?

Hello, My '97 Tahoe won't start sometimes when it's cold (it won't start right now) it has spark (just replace the whole ignition system) sometimes while driving it would studder like it was not getting enough fuel or like there is water in the system. My question is do you think it is the injecters that is causing it not to start? Thanks

Check your fuel pressure (could be the FP regulator).
