i just purchaced a 92 k3500. it was a state truck with a plow and tommy lift on the back. the engine, tranny and tc were out when i got it. they said it spun a rod, so the engine was in pieces.

the problem is they dropped the tc and put a 6" hole in the case of it. i am not sure what tc it is. it is a borg warner and the numbers on part of it are 13-70 then 7 othe one i forget at the moment, so i guess its a 1370??

it has 2 places for wiring in it. one is a pigtail the other is a plug.

i was wondering what this truck should have come with or what my options are for replacing it?

i have started looking for a 1370 but no luck so far.

 

any help would be nice. PS it is a 350 tbi, and i believe a 4l80 tranny or something like that.
