Wiper Controls

I have an 03 chev lt 1500 z71 silverado. Suddenly the wipers have decided that the intermitten doesnt want to work, and they just go all the time, even when i turn them off, then after a few minutes , they turn off. Sometimes they work right, then will go from intermmittent to the low constant speed.

Any ideas?
