i'll go out and a limb and say its not a good amp. i have no experience with them, but usually low end amps are all built by the same crappy company. what do u need the amp to do, and how much power are you looking for? i have had luck with the jbl amps, us amps, and phoenix golds. jl amps are supposed to be good, as well as alpine. and a long list of others.

Looking for a good 4ch to run 6 1/2 comp's up front and one 10" in back ECSB.  not looking to go totaly high end but a good one under $200.00

I am running Alpine. 40wx4 ,rated not actual, bridgeable. Had it 3 yrs and not one problem! Got mine locally, but I bet you could pick it up cheaper online. Any name brand is good, like Rockford Fosgate, Kenwood is really good, Alpine, etc. Do your own research, and you`ll do just fine. Looking online is cheap, and you usually get the low-down on the specs. Remember to look at the ACTUAL watts per channel, and the distortion levels, if your into cranking it up. Those 6.5 will sound good with around 40 watts to them, and the 10 might need between 75-150, but a bridging 2 channels of 40 watt should produce around 90 watts. Of course this is only my opinion, but I bet I`m really close on my numbers. Hope I helped and not hinder.

website, website

I `ve ordered from both, with no problems.

Not cranking it, but good sound, I've had a Alpine V12, Canton 6 1/2's and a Lanzar 10 in my 90 GMC RCSB it sounded great, It's just scary to order something like this on line or from eb*y. not knowing what your getting and then 2-3 months before it's installed. try getting a replacement or refund if it dosent work.

I'm thinking I will run the wiring and build the box and amp rack first so when I buy the amp and speakers I can just slap it in.

It's getting cold here now (Well in Texas 30's to 20's) and it might be a wile before I can do some installations

Hats off to you installers out there

i'm just getting to set to wire in my amp and subs, its only -3 celcius outside. or about 28 f for you guys south of the border. don't be scared with ebay, its safest if you pay with paypal. but ebay will refund your money if you pay with other sources, it just takes longer. its free to send money with paypal, i use my credit card. most new credit cards have online shopping insurance. so you are protected 100%.

audiobahn isnt bad if u have a small amount of money u want to spend...they arent a no name brand, but they arent known for their mind blowing quality or bass...i personally go with alpine and jl all the way....if u want to spend some cash but not go all the way.....try and find either coustic brand....not Acoustic, but coustic...or even some older alpine amplifiers and subs and speakers are wonderful.....theres plenty out there...if you have any questions on any stere equipment and you have aim, my screen name is mikey mac 80

JL is good if you want to go broke. You can get way better bang for your buck with something else. Don't get that Volfenhag sh*t...I've seen some of their stuff online awhile back. My brand is Orion because their amps are rock solid and not too pricey, and their components are some of the best out there. Also, check out RE subs by resonant engineering. They can only be ordered online AFAIK, but I hear they're some of the best subs around these days. Google it for the website, I don't know it offhand. Alpine is good, also. The Type-R subs sound good, don't require much wattage, and aren't pricey. It would help if we knew how much power you're looking for, and what subs you're wanting to run.

I use old school Fosgate and Phoenix Gold stuff from the 80's,90's!

I can tell by the name you're old school (Landshark) I just picked up a Alpine F240 to run 6.5 comp's and one 10", I have everything wired and front's installed just need to find the right color carpet (dark gray) to cover the box and amp rack, nobody carries this local. (DFW) one place did have it, but wanted $10.00 a foot for it. "Uh" NO!

Just my 2 cents.

I use EBay almost exclusively with no problems. I have 4 Infinity 6 1/2's in the doors of my ex cab Silverado, 2 Infinity Reference 12" subs in a custom box and a kicker 850W 2 channel amp. System is awsome. All bought on EBay, cheap. You cannot go wrong with a Kicker amp. They are rated lower than what they put out. I'm getting 975 watts out of my 850.

All total I have about $700 in my system to include the deck which I bought new.
