Dmax grill blanket

I installed my grill blanket tonight, but I didn't put on the bottom bumper/lower air intake portion. I think that just blocking the grill will be enough for now...

 

I know it will screw up my outside temp, but I think a little more motor heat will be a good thing.

 

The main reason I decided this, was the other night I plugged the truck in, and I fired it up and let it idle (elevated idle was turned on, but wasn't needed). I drove 6-7 minutes to work and idled in the parking lot and the elevated idle kicked right in... meaning that everything had cooled off a litle on the drive and that the thermostat opened and flooded the block with ice-cold water. This should help the warm-up time too...
