Codes P0102, P0340

Help, I have a 98 Yukon 5.7. I just put a magna flow on 3 days ago. To day on my way into work the truck was running fine. I put it to the wood to listen to the exhaust. The truck hesitated and then took off. Right away the Check engine light came on. I got to work and pulled the code and came up with p0102, p0340. I started the truck back up and the light came right back on after clearing it. Now it seem to run fine off idel but there is a big bog when first giving it gas. Any ideas. Are they related to the exhaust or just one of thoese things?

what was it?

it was a dead short the the rear o2 sensor. When it shorted it blew the fuse under the hood. I must have broke it when putting on the exhaust.
