Lost oil flow to lifters/rockers

OK I am a newbie to the GMC big block. I have a 99 with a 7.4L work truck that progressively got louder over a week or so. Lifter noise. So I pulled the left rocker cover expecting to see a flat lobe but all of the rockers are moving and they are all dry and verty noisy. I assume oil should be squirting from the rockers while idling. The oil pressure is at 65 pounds but I am assuming the lifters are not pumping up. Not sure about the right side yet but the left was noisier. As the problem was progressing it would quiet down after warming up. The last day it was used it did not quiet down. Am I looking at a spun cam brg. or possibly a plugged galley. What confuses me is that it happened gradually. Any thoughts before I start tearing into it? The truck only has about 60000 miles. :banghead:

Sounds like my problem i had a few months ago but i cost me $1500 dollars to fix ended up being 1 roller froze up on a lifter and notched out the cam so all that had to be placed. I wish i could have made mobile1 pay for it but not sure it caused this problem. I hope this isnt your problem
