Hi Everyone,

 

I just came accross this site, and i thought I'd introduce myslef and say a little about my truck. I'm only 16, and got my lisence a couple of months ago. I'm working on a 90 Sierra step-side, with a 305. The body has 270,000 kms, and the motor has a little over 100,000 kms. I'm hoping to have it on the road this spring.

Welcome Aboard! We'd love to see pictures and progress of your project. That 5.0 is a pretty solid motor (as they all are really), and I'm sure you'll enjoy it. My 94' 4.3 is approaching the 200k mile mark and no rebuilds so longevitiy definatly not as issue.
