Really enjoy the forums and consideration given to fellow gm truck owners.

On my second gm truck. Wanted(needed?) the silverado 2500hd, 4wd, ext cab.

Use the truck for work, lots of miles(56,000), sometimes tow 5th wheel(about 6000 lbs).

Got a clank shifting from forward to reverse. Clank is coming from rear output shaft on transfer case. Definite (.25 inch?) of front drive line shaft(u-joint fine).
