Intake Bolt Torque Specifications

I have a 2001 Yukon XL 5.3 4x4.

 

I have broke 2 bolts trying to torque these down. My Hayes says 44lbs step one then 89lbs step 2? These are aluminum bolts this must be wrong.

Yeah, that is wrong it is inch pounds:

 

Intake Manifold Bolt (First Pass in Sequence)

5 N·m

44 lb in

 

Intake Manifold Bolt (Final Pass in Sequence)

10 N·m

89 lb in
