Tonneau Question....

I have a 2006 GMC Crew Cab short bed, and I purchased a tonneau cover for it approximately 5 months ago. The tonneau is a Gaylord Traditional lid....... they usually retail for roughly $1100 installed. I find having a tonneau cover to be a bit of a pain, especially with a 5.5 foot bed....... What do you guys think is a good price to sell it for? I am thinking $850 or so...... it is like new basically........ let me know what you guys think... thanks!

You must not care about fuel economy? 1 mpg is a lot these days.

Well..... let's see.... I bought a crew cab 1/2 ton truck..... I don't think I really had fuel economy in mind......... also..... $1100 to gain 1 MPG I once again doubt that my intentions were on bettering my fuel economy..........just a side note.... any ideas on resell value?

You need to invest in a Pace Edwards like mine!! Works sweet and rolls up. The can is a little deep in the front, but at least I can roll the top up when I have large stuff in there.

I'm looking into switching my rails, going with the new style that has a groove in them for a bike rack or I thought about putting the cross bars and a luggage tote for long vactions away when you have that extra crap to take along!!
