Steering shaft lube kit

Its time to relube the steering shaft in my 2001 Chevy. There used to be a sticky on the how to and where to buy the lube kit from. Can anyone help me find this information?

I know you can buy the kit from a gm dealers parts department as far as how to perform the job i dont have any idea on that one.
