What Do I Do Now?

I know the P0304 is a misfire. The P0102 is the MAF. I cleaned the MAF withe electronic cleaner even though it looked spotless. I checked the frequency with a digital meter and it was 2200 hz at idle. When I revved the engine it climbed steadily to 4000 hz at around 2500-3000 rpm. I checked the incoming voltage at the MAF plug with the ignition on. It was only 6.8 volts. I believe it should be a full 12 volts. Now I'm lost. I don't know what to check to explain the low voltage. I can really use everyones help! Thanks in advance.

Just a thought, but have you checked and cleaned all of the ground wires, cables and straps? A poor ground could cause a voltage drop.
