I guess I can't blame him for being pissed. 1998 was a year he can't wait to forget. He said that he got closer to UBL than Bush or any other president. That's all well and good, but close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades. Not with catching World Enemy No. 1. Not saying he didn't try... He did, several times. It's just that he didn't. And Bush Sr. didn't. Bush Jr. has yet to try, and there's about 1.5 years left on his shift. Can he? Dunno. Would Dukakis, Gore, or Kerry have been successful if they were in office? Again, dunno. Maybe...maybe not.

Eh, let him vent like that. Keeps a person from going mental.

France officials, (remember the idiots reporting this) claim that OBL died of TB.

Those morons probly like him alive. Maybe they have worked out some other type of oil for food program with him like they did with Sadaam.

Its not worth taking any of the Bias news stations too seriously IMO. Its more entertainment than it is reporting(who doesn't watch the factor for fun?).

The french just want to think hes dead so they won't have anyone they feel pressured to fight.

Uh....he tried getting UBL? Wasn't he offered to the US by the Saudis on a silver platter? Could've been another country I was thinking of, but he was offered. Can't get much closer than that.

If he is in Afghanistan (who knows) Im wondering why theres only 15-20,000 troops there. Especially if he's #1. If we really really want him, we'd have him. I mean we found Saddam in a few months :nopity: ...didnt find his "weapons of mass destruction" though

Because neither Afghanistan or OBL have ever been priorities.

Well the war in Afghanistan and the hunt for UBL are only battles in the global war on terror; and the number one priority will consistently change as the threat changes.

The capture of UBL though a sentimental victory, will not cause the end of terrorism against the US and Israel. Stabilizing countries with democracies versus totalitarian regimes will not end terrorism but will certainly curtail it.
