I guess I can't blame him for being pissed. 1998 was a year he can't wait to forget. He said that he got closer to UBL than Bush or any other president. If he is in Afghanistan (who knows) Im wondering why theres only 15-20,000 troops there. Especially if he's #1. If we really really want him, we'd have him. I mean we found Saddam in a few months ...didnt find his "weapons of mass destruction" though

Well the war in Afghanistan and the hunt for UBL are only battles in the global war on terror; and the number one priority will consistently change as the threat changes.

 

The capture of UBL though a sentimental victory, will not cause the end of terrorism against the US and Israel. Stabilizing countries with democracies versus totalitarian regimes will not end terrorism but will certainly curtail it.
