Got Navi & Xm Direct. How/Where to install?

Hey guys,

 

I got my navi unit and xm direct unit sitting on my counter and I want to get them installed into my Denali, I just wanted to ask how hard is it?

 

Should I goto a Gm dealer? How much will they charge?

 

I live in Vancouver, Canada so not sure if any board members on here from around this area that have any reccomendations.

Easy deal to install. you have to take dash cover off to install gps antenna and depending on wiring harness, you may have to tap into speed control wire at speedo.

 

Cheers and gears had extensive threads on doing this. Also JP customs could hook you up with parts, etc... I did this and it took less then 1/2 hrour for Nav, took a little longer for me to put in the 6 disc changer (like denail) whole jiob done less then 1 1/2 hours. I may still have installation instructions. let me know via e-mail if you need, I can scan for you.
