Wingnut...excuses excuses, once the Mach 4 pickem up truck shows up you'll be ordering food not getting it to haul home. Besides that LS2 will be just about 3 years old, you can't be seen in something passe`, what kind of forum moderator would ya be.

The pictures really don't do the truck justice, I wasn't sold on them

either until just yesterday I saw one on a local lot (it was a 4X4 CC..like mine)

and it looked very, very good in person. I like my 06 but without a doubt I would get an 07 if something ever happened to it.

I drove one about 3 weeks ago at the local dealer. They got 5 in at once. They were all Z71 4X4. I like everything about them except I don't dig the new stereo look. Looks too much like a Toyota-Nissan thing and I don't like the big center console thing, hits my right knee and I can't relaxe my leg on long trips.

 

I drove a GMC a few days ago with a bench front seat and it didn't have the big console, it was much better. And the only other thing is those big honking inside door pulls, they hit my knees when the door is shut.

 

Other than those few things on the inside, I think the styling is awesome and I also like the standard rear locking diff. That rules. Do you know how bullet proof you'll feel in a locked 4X4?

I'm more likely to keep this one and buy a pickup on top of it. This truck is just too much fun to drive.
