Rear window on ext cab

Does anybody know how to remove the small window on the back door in a extended cab 2003? Or does anybody know how to make it stop leaking air at high speeds. The windows do it on both sides, its driving me nuts.

This is a common problem on GM ext cab trucks. Ther were lots of issues with the adhesive not being applied consistently around perimeter of window.....solution is to cut old window out (same as removing a windshield) and installing new window. I found that my glass was not tight enough when closed....you can "tighten" up glass by turning adjustment on hinge. The poor mans way to fix the first issue is to just seal the glass to the frame with silicone. I never open the rear windows anyway.
