I was in tears the 1 day out on patrol in our Southeast area of town which fits that description because the song came on, at which point I put the window down and cranked up the tunes.

Haha, good guesses, but I don't work for CPD. We also used to have some guy with an Aerostar that had a full decal kit on it advertising some guy's bailbonds company who parked about a block from the station.

My first thought was that's gotta Baltimore (went to school there, no love lost), but I think that area code is Houston, so ghetto redneck may be applicable.
