Turn Signal Problems

When I engage the turn signal stalk, I get no flash out of the signals. All bulbs are in proper working order, as is the flasher, I actually replaced it when this first started happening. I have checked the fuse and it's not blown, and my hazards work fine, but nothing out of the turn signals. Could it possibly be the combination switch itself?
