'98 S10 Headlight Electrical Problem

We have a '98 S10 2x4 5-speed 2.2L that has developed a recent headlight electrical problem. Right now, the Daytime Running Lights and the high beam headlights will not work at all. The low beams will still operate, but the high beam indicator stays lit on the dash all the time. The only thing I've had a chance to check are the headlight and DRL relays. Any thoughts or suggestions as to what the issue may be or where to look next.

Headlight switch?

Check your fuses under the hood. There are seperate fuses for the headlamps and if one blows it will affect both lights and backfeed.
