O-ring Failure In Duramax Fuel System?

I've got a 2003 GMC Sierra 2500HD with the Duramax and I have just experienced what I think is it's THIRD o-ring failure in the fuel system which is preventing it from starting and running. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Have you replaced the o-ring on your own?

Yeah, give us some more details. Obviously, some of the HP rail components are under serious pressure, so you've got to be careful with what you start wrenching on.
