I bought one a couple of years ago. I think it was $29 at the time. It is different from the one you are looking at, mine is orange in color. It reads codes and will erace them. Works well.

I bought one about 3 months ago. Similar situation in the seller had high ratings and the product was new. I was happy with the product and would do it again.

I bought that exact one off ebay a few months ago. It's ok, but not what I was hoping for. It's fine to read and erase codes, but locks up very often when trying to use the data streaming. Plus, the forward and back buttons are backward, at least they are on mine. You press the left button to select/advance and the right to go back. I bought a cheap older laptop and am going to try one of the adapters they sell here: LINK
