Close Up Pictures

I am looking to put a bolt on grille (overlay) onto my truck, I was wondering if anybody had a LUND Edge-Cut Grille or a Lund Stainless Steel Mesh installed. If anybody does, could you post pictures (close up preferably) so I can decide which one I want to buy, I looked around on the internet and the Edge-Cut Grille has a picture on a silverado, but it is not up close. Thanks

Hey Mike... I don't have a pic for you but those Lund overlays fit pretty good. The only issue you have with any of the overlays is that when the light is right you can see the old grille behind it. It isn't real obvious but you can see it.

so you recommend that a replacement LUND is a better option? I never actually had a grille replaced, and my buddy has the usual billet grille (regular horizontal thin bars) and I really want something different, kind of like this:

That looks nice..clean, but have fun cleaning the bugs out of that thing. I saw one up close and there were bees and other large bugs stuck to the backside of the screen. Yes, they were actually stuck to the mesh, but INSIDE the mesh. I knew at that moment I would never have a mesh grill.

I was thinking of stainless billet grills. I painted my stock grill black so I bet mine will hardly be noticeable

[i think the replacements look a lot more custom. To me it's sort of like a custom wheel versus a really nice wheelcover.

Ah now that makes sense, I know because of the "painted chrome steel wheels" versus cast aluminum wheels (and obvious weight difference)
