pacodiablo Posted November 23, 2001 Posted November 23, 2001 my new site is my first one i did completely in HTML. i was going into building it with almost no knowledge of HTML. here are some things i learned: - use web-site templates, they are out there and will help you a lot - cut and paste - save your work on your computer, save often - be patient, HTML will require trial and error just a few tips.
TxDoc Posted November 23, 2001 Posted November 23, 2001 This site really explains HTML well. It is for beginners, but can be a great help. http://www.lissaexplains.com/intro.shtml
Chev4Ever Posted November 23, 2001 Posted November 23, 2001 I know what you mean there Paco.. HTML can be the best thing but it can be a major pain in the @ss.. Its been both a lot of copy and pasting and trail and error for me.. Its something that one little braket or one dot could make the whole page not work.. Its wierd but i wouldnt trade it for anything else..
chevy4x4trucks Posted November 24, 2001 Author Posted November 24, 2001 HTML isn't that hard, I've been doing it since I was 12, my cousin tought me how. It's easy, you just do it the hard way once and then it's all copy and paste.
Chev4Ever Posted November 25, 2001 Posted November 25, 2001 Hey Paco, Where are you finding your templates?? I did some searches but couldnt find any decent ones.. Thanks
pacodiablo Posted November 25, 2001 Posted November 25, 2001 the one i am using now came from Free Web Templates
