License Plate

I used to work for GM and I pass by my old job everyday as I head to my new job. Recently, I have seen this Cadillac with this license plate, I was wondering if anybody knew where I could get one for my own vehicle. I have asked Rich and much to his credit, he has been a great resource, but it seems as I have stumped him on this one...

I'd just try to find out who the owner of the car is, and ask them where they got it, or if you could buy it off them.

The owner is the site director that was transferred from Detroit, that is his company car from Covert Cadillac here in austin. That car was transported by enclosed flatbed from detroit here, problem is no one seems to know where that plate came from or when it was put on. He likes it too, but cant even order it and Covert has no clue who put it on....they didn't even know it existed!

anyone can order a plate with the brand specific logo (Cadillac, Chevrolet, GMC etc), but not the GM Mark of Excellence logo or the one above.

I know what you mean... I have been trying my best to find floor mats with just the GM emblem on it but no luck so I just bought a "gmc trucks" set. Are you sure somebody didn't just slap a plain black license plate cover on there and slap that as a vinyl sticker on there? I have seen this done on a lot so maybe thats why.... let me know!

just feel over the gm emblem... if it is flush then you know its imprinted on there from somebody... but it may just be a quality vinyl sticker..

lot of people have front plates that have their logos (gmc, chevrolet, nissan etc) and they have had no tickets...but I will take your word for it.
