What's With The Cd Player?

ok so everytime i try to change a single disc, i hit EJECT and out comes a CD from the 6 disc changer, but before i can hit LOAD to throw in a new CD, the changer just changes discs and starts playing another one and i have to wait quite awhile to load a new one.

 

i tried using LOAD hoping it would eject a cd and i could put in a new one, but that didnt' work either

 

WTF!? have you guys figured it out? i'm super quick on trying to load it but the changer insists on playing another CD first...bastard
