Tiresize For 20 Inch Rims On '03 Savana

Hi'

 

I live in Denmark (Europe) and I'm the happy owner of a GMC Savana Explorer Conversion from 2003.

 

Since there is no GMC dealers in my country, I need some help...

 

I have a set of 20 inch rims from American Racing on the way from the U.S.

 

They are 20x8,5 ET19

 

I know that 255/50-20 tires will fit, but I would like to go for something like 275/45-20 or 285/45-20...

 

Does anyone know if they will fit my Savana without rubbing on anything?

Since there has been no replys to this post I took the chance and ordred the 285/45-18 tires and mounted them on a set of American Racing Piranha rims.

 

It's a perfect fit, lot's of space...

 

Just posting, in case it might help someone else...

I have an '03 Savana 2500LD cargo.

You have encountered what I have found out.

The number of people who have tricked up their Savana/Express vans are as rare as hen's teeth.

 

Glad the tire/rim combo worked for ya'.
