how is everyone. well i am not very mechanical but i am wondering which leveling kit to get. i have a 2004 z71 ext cab. i want to put a leveling kit on but not sure which one. i see that truxxx has one that comes with a 1" rear block and i see that rough country has one that comes with a 2" rear block. not sure which kit to get or if i even need to get a kit with rear blocks, which im sure would look better with. any help would be great thanks..

Truxxx is a nice kit thats what i got on mine...search through my picture list below in my signature..

Truxxx also is the only one untill recently that offered front and rear kits, and thats what i end up doing, front and rear, you get new torsion keys and shock spacers up front then 3" block in the back...total of a 3" adjustable kit. And you can fit up to 33" tires. I have 33-11.50-16 on mine not bad but did require some cutting on the front valance and inner fender well but a bad ass kit non the less.

Ready lift is starting to do the same but there tech dept. if you ask me isnt verry good they only do front end stuff, and dont want to bother with the back. I sell this stuff day to day here and honestly if you can wait truxxx is a better kit.

darren is that all the info u have about roughcountry???

Sorry was in a hurry earlier.

But Rough Country is one of the most popular leveling kits out there and they are slowly making their way to a very popular suspension lift kit. All level kits are pretty much the same, Rough Country just builds theres with excellent precision and quality steel and its not too hard of an install.

Honestly ive never had the issue. As with anything you add on your always going to have some sort of thing that may be differnt but if its hitting a bump stop or something i would say they keys need to go up more. Again if you have any issues with the kit Truxxx support team can help out they are great guys to work with.
