20" All Terrains

Recommended Posts

Hey guys, I am trading a guy my 17" wheels for his GMC 20" wheels...Unfortunately I will loose my almost new all terrains. I have done some research and found a few 20" AT's, but was wondering if anyone had them now and what they thought. Also, found that nitto is making a 20" dura grappler in a LR E.....I am leaning towards that atm because I did buy my truck for towing...

Sidenote:

If you have 20" AT's please post a pic so I can see the aggresiveness also please...

Don't do it!!! Keep your 17's!!! I bought my truck with 20's and dumped them for 18's. I hated them!!!

OH, and don't listen to AlaskaLTZ or Daddy....(Shut up Scott and Tobias!!). :withstupid:

20s all the way...Vmax misses them, his pride won't let him admit it to us

Show us some pics when you do it :withstupid:

Hmmm. Why'd Jeff buy 18's instead of 17's then, Scott? He was buying new wheels and tires so he had his choice of any combination out there.

They'd have been cheaper, had more side wall and been more "Real Truck" than the 18's, yet he didn't buy them.

Sounds like he's just trying to make sure somebody still has smaller wheels than him! :withstupid:

I love the 20s on my truck. I have Pirelli Scorpion ATRs on it. The only complaint is that they are not aggressive looking at all. They do work very well in wet (pulling my boat out of the lake) and the ride is excellent. I've recently considered going to 17s or 18s so that I can get that All Terrain aggressive look... The 20s just don't have that no matter what brand of tire unless you lift the truck and go bigger.

Or maybe you just need a few doses of this instead of those 20's?

Those Coopers look really nice for wet/winter too. A lot of people seem to like the Nitto Terra Grapplers as well, decently aggresive looking and some good 20" sizes.

Yep, and it worked, so I no longer need 20's "Big Guy".

I often wondered myself...wanting the "real truck" look and all...and with the overcompensating of the VMax itself, while only towing a 3500# boat, well...I guess that speaks volumes itself

Bite me!! FYI, I keep my trucks for 7-10 years and I plan to upgrade/upsize my boat in the next few years. At least I did, but if gas prices keep skyrocketing, I may have to re-think the upsizing and stick with what I got (insert penis joke here  ). Oh well, at least I'll be the first one to the boat launch.
