2007 Sierra Nbs Subwoofer/amp Install

Ok...I've read and read and searched a ton and I'm not 100% sure about what I'm doing....

First, this is what I've got so far:

2007 GMC Sierra Extended Cab NBS

Single 10" Subwoofer Enclosure from Subthump.com

JL 10W1V2-4 Subwoofer

HiFonics BX605 Mono Amplifier

4AWG Wire For Power

GMLAN Stock Headunit

So basically here are my questions:

1.) Is it possible to get all of the outputs I need from the stock GMLAN headunit that is already there or do I HAVE to buy the PAC GM1416 adapter?

2.) I figured I could use just a 12V Ignition on line for the Remote for the amp

3.) I'm hoping I can just splice into one of the rear speakers for the input on the amp....is this possible or do I have to splice somewhere else, like right at the headunit?

If question 3 is possible...does anyone know which wires (running in the wire track below the door floor plates) are the speaker wires for the drivers side read door speaker?

One more request would be to post any pictures of your install that could possibly help....

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks to all in advance!

After talking to a local stereo shop...

I'm told the only part that is totally necessary is the PAC SNI-15 to tie in the rear left and right speakers....I guess my question now is what color are the wires for the left and right rear speakers in the wire channel strip under the door sill plates??

oh and just to make sure...is it ok to run the remote to a ignition 12v line?
