Is that a part number for the "kit" or just the filter?  I mean does it come with the pan gasket too?

That is the kit.  It comes with a gasket and grommet for the port you plug in the filter.

 

I dont think you can buy just the filter.

As I mentioned under the rear diff post, does anyone have pictures or instructions on how to do this change?  The dealer took care of it at 30,000 for me, but I may want to change it in the future and would try it myself if it isn't too difficult and if I could get some nice instructions.  Thanks.
