I don't want to talk politics here. I don't care if your Man, Woman or Farm Animal wins. (or loses)

I JUST WANT IT OVER!

I'm SOOOO ready. HOLY CRAP, how long can the media beat this poor old dead horse? Maybe next week about this time, they will find something else to talk about. The last few YEARS have been filled with nothing but that garbage... morning, noon and night.

I guess the next big story might just be the GM Chrysler deal.

No poll?? :jester:

Not hardly.

I am tired of hearing it everywhere I go. Man, this is getting old!

I figure this thread will get hijacked and turned into another "who knows where it will go from here" thread.

Well, there is also the Delta/Northwest merger that just got finalized.

Even that is better... Bet they still won't be as good to fly as SouthWest.

So that's what NWA is! :)

I thought Ice Cube was going to be flying me to Hawaii or something. I was scared there for a little bit. :)

As for the election:

I'll be sitting in the mountains of Colorado as of tomorrow night so it's over for me then. I've already voted and am ready to start drinking! :jester:

YES YES YES YES YES YES YES. Oh God MAKE IT STOP! PLEASE!

Yes, I want the election to be over. Everybody in my family will be voting for McCain, but my Dad, who is a 'flaming conservative' STILL Obama-bashes every damn chance he gets. I just hate politics. This morning, he was in the bathroom, and my mom mentioned to me that she's tired of the election, and he starts his Obama-bashing from the frickin bathroom. :) My mom just goes "Shut UP, Jim!". :jester:

I also hate the political signs. I can't frickin stand one of them, let alone the people that have 7 on their lawn. The day after the election, I'm going around my neighborhood, and any poolitical sign that is still up, I'm pulling out of the ground, and laying it down so I can't see it. I'm not damaging anything, and I'm not picking up people's shit for them.

Thank GOD it's almost over...

With all the vehicles that have bumper stickers, what are they gonna do when their candidate doesn't win?

...

I guess nothing, I still see some W'04 stickers out there

And what about them Golden Gophers at 7-1, Jeff? Wow! :jester:

But that's the thing, it'll be after the election, and I won't be damaging anything. Just making it less visible. :jester:

I was tired of it before we even got to the primaries. It seems the campaigning starts earlier and earlier each time. When they started this time around, my first thought was "is it already election time again? No... Wait... Not THIS November... It's NEXT November!? Are you kidding me!?!?"

I'll be so very glad to get it over with... Whichever one gets in there, we're probably screwed anyway... So... :jester:
