Power Window And Door Locks

I have an 03 silverado and I need some help trouble shooting a problem. The passanger door lock switch and window switch does not work. Also the mirror switch for the passanger mirror does not work either, as well as the passanger window switch on the drivers pannel. What could cause this problem????

Welcome to the site! What may cause this is 1) fuse(s) blown 2) harness may have come loose (under the door control panel) 3) Power/Ground may be shorted/loose.

 

I recommend checking all of your fuses and replacing any open ones. If those are replaced and/or they are fine, you are going to have to take off the door panel to check the harness. Might as well check the circuits with a tester. I would tend to think that some wires may be loose but worse case scenario is the motor actuator (door lock) and mirror motor might be gone.

probably fuses

yea it was the fuses. I did not have the owners booklet and did not know that the passanger was listed on the fuse pannel as PDM. However the fuse was not bad, it seems that something had just vibrated it loose and it was not seated properly.
