2008 Sierra Rims, Chip, Exhaust, And Intake If You Think Necessary

I recently bought an 08 sierra 1500 sle2 Texas edition. I put a billet grille on it already and about to put the 7"logo in th ecorner of it. I was wondering what chip if any i should go with. What exhaust (prefere something with a deep mellow sound). What intake if any. The rims are the gm accessory rims 22".

 

May i ask what logo you are putting on?? a pic would be great.

thanks for the rim help i finally found them about 5 min after i posted. the logo is the taigate emblem and i dont know if i should paint it black or keep it red so i got 2. but i think if it is black it would be lost in the grille. sorry i dont have any pics and i dont want to go put pictures of my dirty ass truck onine.

What about color match the emblem?? Not sure if your truck is black?? I have a hooker aero chamber muffler i put on that is nice. Gives a little rumble and isn't overly annoying either.

For performance, I recommend a CAI, Exhaust and a (custom) tune.

 

I have a

 

GMPP CAI --- Volante, K&N and other vendors ALL make good products. I guess it's a matter of preference

 

Exhaust --- Again, search the forum. I have a Flowmaster Series 70 Big Block II replacement muffler. Many have Cat-Back systems. Again: Preference and pocketbook

 

Tune. I have a custom tune loaded via the Diablosprt Predator. I have been very satisfied with that, thus far. Many here have VERY good things to say ref Blackbear tunes. I don't have one of those, but I am sure they are very good based on this forum's feedback.

 

I have also tinted the front windows to match the back EC windows. Not exactly a performance mod, but HEY.
