6.0l 6l90e Transplant Update

Ok guys due to some unseen problems, and people nagging me to leave the truck alone, I ended up buying a 91 Z28 Camaro, and am currently building that.

 

 

I got almost everything ready for the transplant, just waiting for the harnes from spear tech.

 

 

Ok here is the update.

 

91 Z28

 

Complete Chrome Moly udjustable suspension, outfitted with udjustable coil over struts.

 

 

6.0L Forged, Cammed, TVS 1900, with a 6L90E and a Pontiac G8 GT shifter for Manual Mode.

 

Now my question is Compared to the 4L80E is the 6L90E smaller or bigger?

WTF. I was looking forward to seeing what the procharger and 6.0 would do for your truck. What were the unforseen complications if you don't mind me asking. Obviously not lack of cash.

 

Oh well. Thats my favorite 'maro bodystyle and I'm glad to see you doing one. Sorry I can't help on the 6L90 question. I thought you had one though. Can't you go out and compare it to your truck? The 4L80 should be the same size as the 4L60 if I'm not mistaken. I believe its different internals.

Actually, the Truck is also getting a Stroker with a TVS 1900. I want a AFM in it so im waiting for some AFM cams to come out.

 

I want to be able to tow my maro to the races and end up racing the truck.

 

But at the same time im looking for a cheap RS to drop the 5.3 thats gonna come out of my Silvy.

 

 

 

So im stuck in a rock and a hard place, and my wife is going nuts with all the spending.

 

 

 

oh and the RS is for her to shut her up.
