Stalling/dying At Idle

I have a 1995 chevy z71 with a 350 that i am having issues with. I can start it up then it dies out at lower speeds (if I am driving it) or if I let it idle it starts chugging then dies out. If I am on the gas it comes back to life and stays running no problem...let off and it dies.

I have already changed the throttle position sensor and the idle control motor/relay? I was told it cuold be an egr also but have not changed it yet. any help/advice be a huge help..Thanks

you can try cleaning the EGR valve,but use cleaner meant for that purpose only. Is your CEL on?You might check all electrical connections and ground wires

This could be a clogged fuel filter. When was the last time you gave it a complete tune-up. May also be a vacuum leak. Good luck.
