exhaust mods on avalanche

:notice: I would like to use flowmaster with a tad bit of exterior sound than stock without sounding like  glasspacks or loud noise.  And what kind of pipe design to use, dual with dual  headpipes, or single inlet and dual outlet, and maybe change the muff.

Why DO they make Avs sound like a minivan??  I went with a slightly louder Gibson catback (single side-swept pipe) to preserve low end torque and my wife's approval.

If you want to use flowmasters, I believe you want the 50 series muffler.  The 40 series is much louder then stock and the 70 series is about stock for noise level.  The 50 falls somewhere between the two.
