He hit his head on the windshield and hit his knee on the dash. The seatbelt broke so he fly over to the passenger side. At the end of the video you can see the windahield and his shirt on the passenger side. He walked away.

Nope, I did run demolition derby once before but the car was equipped with a roll cage, safety harness, and I was wearing a helmet... Plus fuel cell instead of a gas tank...

 

If I had done something like that I think that I would have suffered a lot more than a knee injury...
