In October I bought new tires and opted not to get the RHW. Yesterday I ran over a bolt that went into the tire and flattened it. I went to the tire shop today and had them fix the tire. Instead of charging me for the fix they offered to let me buy the RHW now and still be covered. I bought it.

As pricey as the tires are, the RHW is cheap insurance. I've already had to replace one because of a bolt, much like yourself.

I never buy it. I haven't had a flat in years. having said that I'll probably get one today  Now my wife always buys the warranty. That woman runs over more nails and has more flats than any one I know. The last one went through the side wall. She got a new tire out of it. It pays off for her.

I have bought it before. What sucks is that you get the one tire replaced. I like to replace tires in pairs at the very least. I recently had a front tire on my Sentra replaced due to a screw in the sidewall. The tires only had 3K miles on them but the car then had a slight pull to one side. I had to rotate them to the rear.
