That'll surf gm-trucks.com real quick. ;)

We have a few computers in the house....4 desktops, 1 linux server, 4 laptops. (large family)

My desktop was fairly good a few years ago, played BattlefieldII very nicely. Haven't kept up with the latest hardware, gm-trucks.com takes too much of my time. ;)

Holy crapballs batman, that's one hell of a computer.

When I was in college I kept up with the newest technology. Now I haven't even really read what all's out there. I've got a laptop with an AMD Turion 64 x2 duo processor. I've looked at getting Vista64, but I, weary of driver support still.

We've also got a 1.5TB server/print server connected to our wireless network. It let's my fiance and me print from our laptops anywhere in the house, without having to have the desktop on with printer sharing.

Y'all have me beat. I've got a three year old Dell E1505. 2.0 T7200 C2D, 2GB ram, 256MB Mobile Radeon X1400, 160GB 5200RPM HD, two external 500GB 7200RPM HDs, and a dead battery. Hard to keep up with the latest technology on a college budget or justify it when I use it to surf the web and do homework. It handles the 2D AutoCAD I do pretty well.

My latest toy is an acer aspire micro tower I picked up for $475. Specs aren't awesome, but for the money it was cheaper than building it, plus the mini case is sweet for transporting around.

phenom X3 cpu

4GB ram

vista 64

I added a half-height xfx 9500gt 1GB video card so I can rock left4dead and TF2/crysis etc.

I'll probably swap out the X3 with a phenom 2 x4 down the road. lol, all of this unknown territory for a store bought mini tower...

My goal is to make it a total sleeper system I guess.

old comp

athlon xp 2600 cpu (barton core)

2GB ram

BFG nvidia 7800GS agp card

I rode this rig out as long has I could

my laptop I've had for 5 years that just keeps rolling...

Sager

desktop 3.2GHz P4 H/T

1GB ram

60GB 7200 hdd

radeon mobility 9600

I don't even know how much HDD space I have between everything. I have hard drives and external drives laying everywhere. I have enough shit in my computer room closet to build more boxes, but I don't have the motivation to do anything with it right now. Maybe an ubuntu box or something down the road I dunno. Maybe make a nice router?
